What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are 45–60 minutes on video. We focus on your specific challenge: reviewing a test strategy, debugging a performance bottleneck, designing an SLO framework, or doing mock interviews. No generic slides — just your real work.
How do I book a session?
Book directly on Topmate. You can choose a single session or a recurring subscription for ongoing mentorship. Slots are released weekly.
Can my team get group mentorship or a workshop?
Yes. Group workshops (up to 8 engineers) covering chaos engineering, JMeter advanced patterns, SLO design, or observability are available. Reach out via the contact page to scope the engagement.
What is the refund policy?
Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are fully refunded via Topmate. If I cancel, you are automatically refunded and given priority rebooking.
